MISCELLANEOUS DATA STORAGE The product must be stored according to National Regulations. The

product should be kept in cool and well ventilated place, protected from heat and direct sunlight at temp 5-35ºC. Containers must be kept tightly closed.

HANDLING Handle with care, mix well before use. SHELF LIFE 24 months. SAFETY / HEALTH - Ensure good ventilation during application and drying.

- Avoid contact with skin and eyes. While painting it is advisable to wear eye protector. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. To remove splashes from skin; use soap and water or a recognized skin cleaner.

PAINT REMOVER DESCRIPTION A highly effective medium base mixture of solvents and additives

suitably thickened to give fast, effective and safe paint removing property. Used for removing all types of dried paint films from type of surfaces. Can be used as brush cleaning agent.

RECOMMENDED USE On Concrete, Plaster, Wood or Metal surfaces.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION Colors Transparent. Viscosity (25ºC) 9 - 10 Poise. Specific Gravity 1.19 ± 0.05 Solid by Weight % 5 ± 1% Theoretical Spreading Rate Various depending on surface, type of paint, paint film thickness etc.

APPLICATION METHOD - Lay thick coat of undiluted paint remover on the old paint film, leave for 20 minutes for reacting until

wrinkles emerge on the surface. - Remove the soften film along with excess chemical with hard tool. - If the film is thick or hard it may be necessary to repeat the process. - After fully removing the loosened paint film and chemical with a hard tool, wash the surface with

water.

SPECIAL PRECAUETION Use hand gloves. Do not allow National Paint Remover to come in contact with skin, in case of any accidental skin contact wash the affected areas thoroughly with fresh water.

APPLICATION DATA Numix Cleaner is a very good general purpose cleaner, it is suitable for cleaning and degreasing bare metals, existing finishes primer surfacer, etc. Application Technique:

Unsanded existing finishes: 1- Wash the vehicles with detergent and warm water to remove water soluble contaminants. 2- Wash down repaired area with Numix Cleaner to remove any other contaminants. 3- With clean towel dry off the cleaner before evaporation to ensure contaminants removal.

Sanded existing finishes: Apply step 1 & 2 more than once a time after sanding and prior to topcoating.

Untreated plastic substrates: Apply steps 1 - 3 in the same manner, when cleaning unpainted plastic parts allow drying out for 20 - 30 minutes after application of cleaner and prior to primer application.

Bare metal, steel, zinc coated steel and aluminum substrates must be degreased as follows: 1. Wash down the metal with the cleaner. 2. With clean towel dry off the cleaner before evaporation taking into consideration to use one

fresh towel for washing down and another one for wiping dry and replacing towels regularly.

Precaution: Never allow for the cleaned vehicles to be touched with bare hands, moisture and oils which may cause adhesion or blistering problems.

NUMIX RETARDANT THINNER DESCRIPTION Slow thinner of special composition which can be used in conjunction

with various thinners or pure at high temperatures and/or when large vehicles are to be painted, to keep 1K/2K product film longer open to give better overspray met-in and better flow, certainly at high temperature. It will not affect the gloss level.

RECOMMENDED USE At high temperatures (above 25°C) and when large vehicles are to be painted.

APPLICATION DATA Mixing Ratio by Volume: At high temperatures (above 25°C) and when large vehicles are to be painted, it is recommended to add 10 -30 % by volume of Numix Retardant Thinner to the thinner specified for the product concerned at higher temperatures (204 Thinner Slow or 206 Extra Slow, for example). Next add this mix to the product, using the mixing ratio specified in its technical data sheet. This will have a positive effect on its spray and flow characteristics and overspray will be avoided. At temperatures above 40°C, Numix Retardant Thinner can also be used pure. In this case, add Numix Retardant Thinner to the product as specified in its technical data sheet, using it as a substitute for the thinner originally recommended. Thinning None the product comes ready to use.







NUMIX ANTI SILICON DESCRIPTION Specially selected additive to improve the leveling and remove paint

film defects such as fish eye or craters.

RECOMMENDED USE Leveling improvement of car refinish coating by adding 2% to the paint.

NUMIX SPOT REPAIR THINNER DESCRIPTION Numix Spot Repair Thinner is a clear transparent blending additive

thinner that contains acrylic resin and special blend of solvent to allow easier application of Numix Base Coat Spot Repair. It is ready to use where it can be used as foundation for fade out area or used as additive with basecoat colors, solids or metallic, before application of fade out area. Can be applicable over Numix Top Coat 2K and Numix Clear Coat 2K.

RECOMMENDED USE As a clear foundation coat for fade out areas.

APPLICATION DATA

Application Methods: The application method and mixing ratio are depending on the specific use of the product, where the user can select the appropriate method as follows:

1- As a clear foundation to improve the blending of base coat in the spot repair area. Apply 1 single coat of Numix Spot Repair Thinner over the blending area where high gloss and shining coat must be obtained, allow 3 - 5 minutes flash off @ (20ºC) before spot area with Numix Base Coat 1K taking into consideration that base coat must stay within the coated area spot repair thinner. Note: clear coat must be applied over the spot repair area.

2- Numix Spot Repair Thinner as additive to base coat before blending and fading out. Mix: 100 parts by volume base coat.

50 parts by volume Numix Thinner fast or slow. Apply the mixture until full coverage over the primer area; allow 2 - 3 minutes flash-off time between coats. Then mix base coat color 100 parts, with 100 parts by volume of Numix Spot Repair Thinner, spray 1 - 2 single coats extending beyond the spot repair area with gradual fading out. Allow 15 - 20 minutes @ 20°C finally apply a Numix Clear Coat.

Thinning None, the product comes ready to use.







NUMIX PLASTICIZER DESCRIPTION Numix Plasticizer is designed to increase flexibility, impact resistance,

chip resistance, and U.V. protection in Numix Top Coat 2K products, it mixes easily and does not affect dry or cure times.

RECOMMENDED USE To improve the flexibility of Numix Top Coat 2K and Numix Clear Coat 2K and over a wide variety of semi-rigid and flexible plastic parts.

4. ACIDS INORGANIC All acids conc. Ranging (5 - 10%) only, like Nitric Acid 10% and Hydrochloric acid 10%. Except Phosphoric Acid 40%.

5. ACIDS ORGANIC All acids conc. Ranging (5 - 10%) Except Lactic Acid 10%.

6. KETONES Not Recommended only (Di-Isobutyl Ketone).

7. ETHER / GLYCOL ETHER Not Recommended.

8. ESTER Not Recommended.

9. CHLORINATED SOLVENT Some of them like CCL4.

10. AMINES, AMIDES, IMIDES Ammonia 25 - 40%.

11. VEGETABLE & ANIMAL OILS Castor Oil, Coconut Oil, Fuel Oil, Linseed Oil, Peanut Oil, Pine Oil, Sunflower, Tall Oil.
