What To Expect Each Day
If you have never attended a class at the Kids Cooking School, it's an
experience that you will never forget. Our new kitchen is a cozy
space in Circle Pines with 8 individual mini-kitchens. Each kitchen is
fully stocked with all of the tools and equipment students need to
create their own recipes with one partner.
The rst day starts with a general orientation of their kitchen, how to
keep it clean, and how to keep their food safe. Our rst lesson is
about food and kitchen safety and is reviewed each morning.
After morning chores, students prepare one recipe in the morning

What To Bring
Summer cooking camps are loads of fun, but can be tiring if not
properly prepared. Please make sure your student gets a good
night's sleep each night and a healthy, protein-lled breakfast. Don't
be surprised if your student is exhausted when they come home
and they might not be extremely hungry, depending on what's on
the menu for that day.
Note: If your student takes has any accommodations during the
school year to help them get through the school day, cooking camp
is also a good time to use these tools. Please let us know if there is
anything we can do to help your child be successful. The more we
know, the more we can help.
What To Bring:
Bring lunch and a water bottle
Bring to-go containers. More details about size later.
