A Bill to Repeal the Military Selective Service
Be it enacted by this Congress here assembled that:
1. Section 1. That the Military Selective Service Act be
2. be repealed.
3. Section 2. The Office of Selective Service Records shall not
4. be reestablished upon the repeal of the Act.
5. Section 4. Upon passage of this bill, all assets, contracts,
6. property and records held by the Selective
7. Service System shall be transferred to the
8. Administrator of General Services.
9. Section 5. The Director of the Office of Personnel
10. Management shall assist officers and employees
11. of the Selective Service System to transfer
12. to other positions in the executive branch.

A Resolution to Send Aid to the Kurds
WHEREAS, the Kurds are not given military aid by the United States even though they are
fighting ISIS, the abusive Turkish government, and the tyrannical Syrian
government, and
WHEREAS, if the Kurds fail then the enemies of the United States will grow more powerful as
they will no longer face that threat, and
WHEREAS, the Kurds could be a potential ally in the Middle East, and
WHEREAS, the Kurds could help bring stability back to the Middle East; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Congress here assembled send military aid to the Kurds.

A Resolution to Encourage Great Britain to Stay in the European Union
WHEREAS, Great Britain has called a referendum on whether or not to
maintain membership of the European Union (E.U.); and
WHEREAS, Leaving the E.U. would injure Great Britain’s
economy, as well as promote Scotland’s independence from
Great Britain; and WHEREAS, the E.U.’s foreign policy with many western
nations would be injured with the loss of Great Britain; now,
therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Congress here assembled encourage
Great Britain to stay in the European Union.

Bill to Legalize Marijuana and Decriminalize Possession of Marijuana in the United States
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. Marijuana will hereafter be legal within the United States and its territories and,
upon passage of this bill, possession of marijuana will hereby retroactively be
decriminalized.
SECTION 2.
A. Marijuana is the dried leaves and female flowers of the hemp plant, used in
cigarette form as a narcotic or hallucinogen.
B. Legalize is defined as to make (something that was previously illegal)
permissible by law.
C. Decriminalize is defined as to cease by legislation to treat (something) as
illegal.
i. Upon the passage of this bill, the sentence of any person who is
currently being housed in a federal or state penitentiary solely for
possession of marijuana with longer than six months left in his or her
sentence will have said sentence hereafter be reduced to six months.
SECTION 3. The Drug Enforcement Administration will oversee the implementation of this
bill.
SECTION 4. This bill will go into effect on July 1st, 2016.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

A Bill to Make Election Day a Federal HolidayBE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. Election Day will hereafter be considered a federal holiday.
SECTION 2. The following terms are defined for clarification:
A. Election Day is the day on which federal and state-wide general elections are
held and takes place on the Tuesday following the first Monday in November.
B. A federal holiday is an authorized holiday which has been recognized by the
US government. During this time, non-essential federal government offices
are closed, every federal employee is paid for the holiday, and many
businesses consider it customary to close.
SECTION 3. Federal holidays are designated and enforced by Congress; it would be the duty of
every federal government office to comply.
SECTION 4. This measure will effect on November 8th, 2016.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

An Act to Mandate that Gun Owners Carry Liability Insurance.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. This Act Requires Gun Owners to have liability insurance coverage before being
allowed to purchase a weapon.
SECTION 2. Liability insurance covers bodily injury and property damage claims resulting
from an accident that is primarily your fault.
SECTION 3. This will be enforced by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and
Explosive.
A. Law Enforcement and Service Members will be exempt from this
requirement.
B. There will be a fine of 10,000 dollars if an owner is found not to have
Liability Insurance.
SECTION 4. This will Act will begin to be enforced in 2020.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislSation are hereby declared null and void.

A Bill to Establish Price Controls and Promote Innovation in the American Pharmaceutical Industry
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. A. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration shall establish price controls in the
form of price floors and price ceilings on all marketed FDA-approved prescription
drugs.
B. The National Institutes of Health shall receive an annual $8 billion endowment
in its fiscal budget to be utilized for research grants and monetary awards to
promote pharmaceutical research and innovation.
SECTION 2. Price-Hiking shall be defined as the sudden increase in cost of a product with the
intent of an exponential profit increase. Recent events have exposed widespread
price-hiking in the pharmaceutical industry to the detriment of consumers.
SECTION 3. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services shall be responsible for
facilitating and enforcing this legislation.
SECTION 4. This legislation will shall go into effect 6 months after passage.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

A Bill to Raise the Gas Tax in Order to More Sufficiently Fund
Federal Infrastructure
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. The Federal Gas Tax will be raised 8 cents per gallon in order to more
sufficiently support the Highway Trust Fund.
SECTION 2. A. The Highway Trust Fund assists in the funding and maintenance of
primarily federal highways.
B. This legislation will effect unleaded and diesel fuels.
SECTION 3. The U.S. Department of Transportation and the U.S. Department of the
Treasury shall be responsible for enforcing this law.
SECTION 4. This bill will be implemented on October 1, 2016.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and
void.

A Resolution to Create a Demilitarized Zone in the South China Sea
WHEREAS, the South China Sea has become a hotly contended region by major superpowers
like China and the United States; and
WHEREAS, these contentions threaten to disrupt 5 trillion dollars’ worth of trade that flows
through the region every year; and
WHEREAS, by creating a demilitarized zone in the region we can decrease the military tension
that currently plagues the growing relations between China and the United States;
and
WHEREAS, by removing all military presence from the region we maintain international peace
and the integrity of vital trade; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Congress here assembled create a Demilitarized Zone in the South China
Sea.
