    19 Prosecuting Attorney, hereby challenges the voter registrations in the names on the attached list20 and seeks to have the names associated with these voter identification numbers removed from the21 statewide voter registration database. The Prosecuting Attorney is challenging these names on22 the grounds that these registrations were fraudulently created and that the individuals listed in the23 attached list did not complete the voter registration forms submitted in their name. The

    1 individuals whose names were used on the fraudulent registration forms did not paricipate in2 this fraudulent activity, nor did they have any knowledge that it was taing place. This challenge3 is based upon the attached declaration and the evidence that will be presented at the voter4 registration challenge hearng.

    2. I am a senior deputy prosecuting attorney for King County, Washington and make1118 this declaration in support of the previous Notice of Voter Registration Challenge.19 3. I have been responsible on behalf of the King County Prosecuting Attorney for

    20 King County's role in ajoint federal and county investigation into the validity of voter

    21registrations submitted to King County by the Association of Communty Organizations for

    22 Reform Now ("ACORN") durng the 2006 election cycle.

    1 4. In the course of this investigation, it has been determined that the voter2 registrations under the names and voter identification numbers on the attached list were

    3 fraudulently created by employees of ACORN. The individuals whose names were used on the

    4 fraudulent registration forms did not paricipate in this fraudulent activity, nor did they have any

    5 knowledge that it was takng place.6 5. It has fuer been established that no votes were cast under any of the voter7 identification numbers on the attached list.

    8 6. A voter registration challenge hearing before the King County Canvassing Board9 has been set for Thursday, July 26, 2007 at 9:00 in the Rainer room on the 5th Floor ofthe King

    10 County Courhouse, 516 Third Avenue, Seattle, W A 98104. The purose ofthis hearng is to11 remove the names on the attached list from the statewide voter registration list.1213 '"Signed at Seattle, Washington this i day of July, 2007.14
