All entries must be submitted to the show secretary and all entry fees paid by the deadline, 11:59 PM CST on Feb. 28, 2018.Entry RulesAll entries must be on official AKC entry forms. Entries will be returned if they are illegible, incomplete, are submitted with incorrect fees or are photocopied without the reverse side instructions and agreement included. Telephone and/or verbal entries will not be accepted.

Entries must be received by 11:59 PM CST Wednesday, February, 28. No entries will be accepted, cancelled, altered or substituted after the deadline.

Mail entries to Bob Jack, 9136 Crandall Dr. Fort Worth, TX 76244, or email entries to [email protected].

Express and certified deliveries must include signature waiver permitting them to be left at the secretary’s address without receipt signature. Entries received without signature release will be refused. For signatures on the web form PDF, typing in your signature will be accepted as valid.

Entries with email addresses will be acknowledged with an email receipt. Confirmations and judging schedules will be emailed after closing. If you want a hard copy confirmation mailed, please note this on your entry instead of supplying an email address. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure receipt of the confirmation information. Contact the Show Secretary if confirmation is not received one week after show close.

Entries will not be accepted unless payment is made. The exhibitor is responsible for calcu-lating the appropriate amount and including it with the submission. Payment will be accepted by US money order, check or PayPal. Make checks payable to Fort Worth Bulldog Club.

If paying by PayPal (www.paypal.com), send the total amount (including multiple entries) to the Show Treasurer at [email protected]. Include the email address on the entries so we can link your payment. The clubs will absorb the extra PayPal processing fees.

Checks returned for insufficient fees will have the entry cancelled; acceptance of such an entry will only be made if the full fees, plus a $25 administrative fee, are paid via certified check or money order and received prior to the start of judging.

If there are any questions regarding the entry process, contact the Show Secretary, Bob Jack by phone (682) 233-2012 or email [email protected].

All changes and cancellations must be received in writing (email is acceptable) prior to closing, except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Rules Applying to Dog Shows published by the American Kennel Club.
