Retail Assistant Retail Department Fixed Term – 23.06.12 - 04.10.12 Part Time - Saturday and Sunday Working We have an opportunity for a highly motivated and professional individual to work the above full time fixed term contract on a rota between 9.15am and 7.45pm (8 hour shift) each week-end covering the retail area(s) at Shakespeare’s Globe. The post holder will aim to ensure a consistently high standard of customer service is delivered to our visitors. She/he will contribute to achieving sales targets by ensuring that visitors are encouraged to purchase through proactive selling and excellent visual merchandising. The post holder will bring excellent customer service, visual merchandising and cash handling skills and be an efficient and well organised communicator who is able to use their initiative and make confident decisions at all times. You will be expected in your application to demonstrate a real interest and enthusiasm for working in a retail customer focused environment.
