Community Connect Transport

Community Connect Transport offers transport options for older frail people or younger people with a disability and their carers who live in their own homes and are unable to utilise mainstream public transport or where private transport is not available.

Our professional transport services are safe, reliable, courteous and are offered “point to point”. We can collect you from your home and provide return transport from medical appointments, shopping, social outings and other activities.

We are a not for profit organisation that has provided transport since 1993 for the residents of North Sydney, Willoughby, Mosman and Lane Cove local council areas.
