1. Transportation and installation of machine When machine transports, it is nessary to fix the outer cylinder and base of frame.

Note: When machine finished installation , make sure to remove the bolts which fix on the outer cylinder and base of frame.

2. The foundation installation of machine (1). Be sure to keep machine in horizon while it is installed on unsmooth ground, especially keep height horizon on both left and right sides,Use horizontal meter if necessary for the accuracy in horizon. (2). The 4 pieces basement bolts which under the bottom of mahine should be fixed exactly on foot cushion while installing the machine, by this, it can prevent machine from vibration during extract, and avoid a badly damage to the machine.

Fix or remove boltswhen machine transportationor installation.

Fault 02

After power turns on for

10 minutes, water still

hasn't reached the

predetermined water

level.

1. It doesn't include the

warm water valve

facility, but operator

sets up the temperature

for warm water level.

2. Water doesn't connect to

the washer supply.

3. The Y filter is blocked.

4. The drain valve is

blocked.

5. The drainpipe is broken.

1. Don't set the warm

water level.

2. Turn on the water.

3. Clean the filter. 4. Clean the valve.

5. Change the drainpipe.

Fault 03

After steam valve has

been turned on for 10

minutes, the temperat-

ure hasn't reached to

the predetermined

temperature.

1. Steam opener isn't

activated.

2. The boiler does not supply steam.

3. The steam Y filter is

blocked.

1. Turn on the opener.

2. Turn on the boiler.

3. Clean the filter.

Fault 04

After draining for 2

minutes, there is still

water in the tank.

1. Drainage outlet is

blocked.

2. The pipe is blocked.

1. Clean the drainage

outlet.

2. Clean the pipe.

Fault 05 Extractor operation is

too strong. The clothes are entwined. Loosen the clothes.

Fault 06 The temperature is over

10 degree in the tank.

1. The temperature is set at the degree that lowers

than water temperature

from water supply.

2. Set temperature for warmwater use.

3. The steam valve is

blocked.

1. Set up for higher

temperature.

2. Don't set tempera-

ture for warm water use.

3. Clean the valve.

The water level is lower

than the predetermined

water level.

‧9.2 Error Message and Troubleshooting (A) Protective Function

Output

Fault DC Volt. Low

The main circuit DC voltage becomes lower than the low voltage detection level (Cn-34). Operation

Fault Over Current

The inverter output current becomes approx. 200% and above the inverter rated current. Operation

Fault Ground Fault

A ground fault occurs at the inverter output side and the ground-fault current exceeds approx. 50% of the inverter rated current. Operation

Fault Over Voltage

The main circuit DC voltage becomes excessive because of regeneration energy caused by motor decelerating. Operation

Fault Over Heat The temperature of the cooling fin reaches the detection level. Operation

Fault Motor Over Load

Motor overload is detected by the electronic thermal relay. (motor protection) Operation

Fault Inverter Over Load

The electronic thermal sensor detects inverter overload while the output current exceeds 112% of rated value. (inverter protection) Operation

Fault Over Torque

Over torque is detected while the output current is larger than or equal to the setting of Cn-26. (machine protection) Operation
