To develop a cadre of trained/skilled Cloud Certified HANU Students to work on Global Projects as Full Time Employees at HCL Vietnam

Model

Objective

• Jointly work with HANU and Google to source and train students (Final Year) on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) leading to Google Certification (Associate Google Cloud Engineer)

• Trained Students to join HCL as Full Time Employees with a Two-Year Labour Contract

• The overall duration of the program is 90 Days, and the students will be selected for direct OJT

• The Program will be eligible for the necessary Credit Transfer for the selected student

• Immediate Action – Create 4 batches of 25 students each (Total 100 nos.) and start the Training Program at HANU asap
