Spirit Week is quickly approaching! We have daily themes for

all of our students to show their school pride!

Please encourage your student to check in with the Health Clerks

before he/she contacts you to go home. Many times students are

assessed for fever, given a chance to hydrate, rest and then go

back to class if they are able to do so. The clerk can also call

home to see if you can bring medication to ease their symptoms.

Our School Accountability Committee is looking for parent

representatives from each grade level. Our first meeting is on

Tuesday, October 20th at 6:30 pm. The Committee looks at the

school’s goals for accreditation for the upcoming year, school

policies, and upcoming events at the school. Other meetings are

scheduled for 12/8, 2/16. and 4/12. Please contact Mr. Bissell

for more information. We look forward to seeing you there!

Our magazine fundraiser was a HUGE SUCCESS! Last year’s sales

were $38,000. This year our total was $50,000! Thank you for

supporting our school! We congratulate our top classroom

sellers: Mr. Duhon (6th), Mrs. Ryan (7th) and Mrs. Harris (8th)!
