RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF A PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES CONTRACT FOR LEGAL SERVICES TO CHARLES WALDRON,
LLC.
Resolution #10R- WHEREAS, the Township is desirous of retaining
an Attorney to provideprofessional Legal services where the
Township Attorney is unable to provide such services tothe Police
Department relative to specialized matters; and
WHEREAS, the Township entered into an Agreement with Charles
Waldron, Esq. to providelegal services in personnel matters where
the Township Attorney has a conflict; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to extend the term to August 31, 2011
and the amount of theAgreement to not to exceed $27,500.00, as a
disciplinary matter remains pending; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has provided a
Certification of Funds;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Township Council of the
Township ofEwing approves of the contract extension and authorizes
the Mayor and the appropriate townshipofficials to execute the
Amendment annexed hereto.
