A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF A LEASE AGREEMENTWITH THE CYO OF MERCER COUNTY

Resolution #10R-

WHEREAS, the Township and the CYO of Mercer County entered into a LeaseAgreement for a portion of the Ewing Hollowbrook Center for the term March 16, 2008 toMarch 15, 2011; and

WHEREAS, the Lease Agreement provides that the Tenant has the option to renew theLease for one three-year period at the monthly rent in the amount of $2,750,00; and

WHEREAS, the Tenant has provided sufficient notice to the Township;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Ewing Township Council that the Mayorand Clerk are authorized to execute the Lease Amendment with the CYO of MercerCounty for extending the term to March 15, 2014 in a form substantially similar to thatannexed hereto.

IT IS SO RESOLVED.
