A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWNSHIP OF EWING TO SUBMIT A

GRANT APPLICATION TO THE NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF

TRANSPORTATION FOR THE FY2009 MUNICIPAL AID TRUST FUND PROGRAM

FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS TO PHILLIPS BOULEVARD

Resolution #10R-

WHEREAS, the Township has determined that Phillips Boulevard is in a state of disrepair

and in need of reconstruction; and

WHEREAS, Township desires to reconstruct said roads under the New Jersey Department

of Transportation Municipal Aid Trust Fund Program (the Program); and

WHEREAS, the pursuant to the Program, the Township is required to submit an

electronic grant application identified as MA2011-Ewing Township-0667 for the proposed

project;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Ewing Township Council that the Mayor

and/or any authorized official by the Mayor are authorized to submit an electronic grant

application identified as MA2011-Ewing Township-0667 grant application to the NewJersey Department of Transportation Municipal Aid Trust Fund Program for the

reconstruction of Phillips Boulevard.
