ECO 137 TS Shredder

ECO Greens two-shaft shredders

are designed with an aggressive

low RPM, high torque shredding

technology. The shredder blade

thickness ranges from 25 mm to

152 mm(1-6) depending on the

type of tires, throughput, and

desired end product.

ECO 1200 Grater

The ECO 1200 Grater is the

ultimate machine for mid-stream

grinding and steel separation. It is

specifically designed to take pre-

shredded tire chips and produce

between 44-16 mm(1.75and

0.625) wire free rubber chips.

ECO G2 Granulator

The ECO Granulators are designed

to grind the rubber mulch from the

Grater into small granules from

4-20 mesh. The granules are

screened and re-circulated until the

desired size is reached.

During thegranulation process, 99% of the

fiber is removed, leaving a

contaminant free crumb rubber

granulate.

Scope of ProjectECO Greens CR-1000 tire recycling system is proven to turn whole scrap tires into high quality,

uncontaminated crumb rubber. It is uniquely designed to allow the customer to adjust the

equipment screens for precise sizing control and flexibility for output sizes. Our crumb rubber

systems also utilize a variety of conveying and separation technologies to minimize product

losses, maximize e!ciency, and maintain a clean operating environment.

Input Requirements

Car and Truck

All tires should be free of foreign such as stones, flammable fluids, etc.

De-beading of the tire is not required prior to processing

Maximum steel content by weight is 30%

Maximum textile content by weight is 15%

Minimum rubber by weight is 55-60%

Maintenance and Wear Costs ECO Shredder - Allow for 20 minutes of maintenance for every 8 hours of run time.

Grater-Allow for 60 minutes of maintenance for every 8 hours of run time.

Granulators-Allow for 20 minutes of maintenance for every 8 hours of run time.

Maintenance tasks include but are not limited to: tightening bolts, greasing, adding

and changing lubrication, tightening blades, adjusting blade tolerances, changing

blades, changing screens, belt drive adjustment, cleanup of material buildup, etc.

Wear costs for this plant are estimated between $15-$18 USD per ton.

Duration of ECO-137 shredder blades before sharpening is up to 400,000 PTE

(Passenger Tire Equivalent). Blades can be resharpened up to 10 times.

Duration of ECO-1200 grater blades before sharpening is up to 200,000 PTE

(Passenger Tire Equivalent). Blades can be rotated at up to 100,000 PTE. Blades can be

resharpened up to 4 times.

Duration of ECO-G2 blades before sharpening is up to 150,000 PTE (Passenger Tire

Equivalent). Blades can be resharpened up to 6 times.

Buyer is Responsible for the following

Any custom duties, fees, taxes, etc are to be paid directly by buyer

Environmental Compliance

There are no harmful pollutants generated or released in the recycling process. All fiber

or rubber build up outside of the equipment can be disposed.

Installation and Supervision

ECO Green Equipment will provide an installation technician for up to 30 working days

to supervise the installation process. The technician will assist your installation team in

setting everything up. Any additional supervision required as a result of performance by

the buyer will be the responsibility of the Purchaser. This includes but is not limited to

flights, hotels, car rental and forty ($40.00) dollars USD per diem for food per person.

The hourly rate is One Hundred Ten ($110.00) dollars USD per hour per person. Travel

time rate is Seventy-Five ($75.00) dollars USD per hour per person.

Training

ECO Green Equipment will provide a training technician for up to 10 working days after

the installation process. Any additional training requested will be the responsibility of

the Purchaser. This includes but is not limited to flights, hotels, car rental and forty

($40.00) dollars USD per diem for food per person. The hourly rate is One Hundred Ten

($110.00) dollars USD per hour per person. Travel time rate is Seventy-Five ($75.00)

Shipping

The equipment ships in 20', 40', and 40' HQ containers. This plant will require 12 to 14

containers depending on the final design of the plant.

Confidentiality

This proposal and all of its contents, including but not limited to layouts, descriptions, machine

information, etc. are for the exclusive use of person and/or company for whom this quote is prepared.

This quote contains proprietary information and technical details the sole property of which belong to

ECO Green Equipment. No release or disclosure of the technical or pricing information shall be released

to any party without prior written consent from ECO Green Equipment. ECO Green reserves the right to

prosecute to the fullest anyone who violates this confidentiality.

For example, if you run your equipment for sixteen (16) hours in one day that would beconsidered two (2) days. Or eighteen (18) months from the time the first item is shipped to the buyer. Which ever occurs first.(c)Warranty will become null and void if the machine is used in anyway improperly. Repairs and alterations to the system ormachine have been done by someone outside of ECO Green Equipments representation. Failure to complete and return ECOGreen Maintenance forms each month.(d)ECO Green Equipment only warrants items manufactured by ECO Green Equipment.

All products manufactured by other companies will fall under that companies warrantee on the product. (e)It is the responsibilityof the buyer to return the defective part to ECO Green. If the part is found to be defective the part will be replaced or repairedand the buyer will be reimbursed for the freight. (f)ECO Green Equipment will not be responsible for any damage or lossesincurred in shipment from the factory. (g)ECO Green Equipment will not be responsible for damage or losses incurred duringoperation of our machinery arising from Buyer's disregard or neglect of safety precautions necessary to insure safe operation ofour equipment. (h)ECO Green Equipment reserves the right under its product improvement policy to change construction ordesign details and furnish equipment when so altered without reference to illustrations or specifications used herein. (i)ECOGreen Equipment shall in no event be liable for consequential damages or contingent liabilities arising out of failure under this orany other warranty expressed, implied or statutory. (j)ECO Green Equipment agrees to replace or repair the defective article,part, or machine thereof provided notice of such defect is provided in writing prior to expiration of the "WARRANTY TIMEPERIOD" as described herein, and provided said article is made available for inspection by ECO Green Equipment. The extentof this warranty is limited to the correction of the condition, or, at ECO Green Equipment's option, to a refund of the purchaseprice and return of the used machinery components to ECO Green Equipment, provided notice of such defect is received inwriting prior to this warranty expiring, and provided article is available for inspection by ECO Green Equipment. Equipment will not be responsible for labor costs incurred in the removal or reinstatement of defective articles or parts thereof. Ifthe Buyer grants a warranty on such articles or conditions of greater scope than indicated above, the Buyer will assume theburden of such greater warranty and shall hold ECO Green Equipment harmless from any and all claims of third parties basedupon such extended warranties. (l)ECO Green Equipment does not warrant wear items, capacities of units, throughput rates ofunits, or product sizing unless specifically stated in writing by ECO Green Equipment.1.PURCHASER DATA- Timely performance by Company is contingent upon Purchaser's supplying to Company, when needed,all required technical information, including drawing approval, payments when due, and all required commercial documentation.2.NON-CANCELLATION - Purchaser may not cancel or terminate for convenience, or direct suspension of manufacture unlessCompany agrees in writing, at which time Company may negotiate mutually agreeable termination charges.3.DELAYS- If Company suffers delay in performance due to any cause beyond its control, including but not limited to act of God,war, act or failure to act of government, act or omission of Purchaser, fire, flood, strike or labor trouble, sabotage, or delay inobtaining from others suitable services, materials, components, equipment of transportation, the time of performance shall beextended a period of time equal to the period of the delay and its consequences. 4.STORAGE- Any item of the product(s) on which manufacture or shipment is delayed by causes within Purchaser's control, orby causes which affect Purchaser's ability to receive the product(s), may be placed in storage by Company at Purchaser'sexpense and risk.5.SHIPMENT- Ex-Works factory, unless other arrangements are made. Shipment can be processed by ECO Green Equipmenton behalf of the purchaser at the purchasers request and expense.6.TITLE AND INSURANCE- Title to the product(s) and risk of loss or damage shall pass to Purchaser upon receipt of paymentin full. Purchaser grants to Company a purchase money security interest in the product(s) and proceeds and any replacementshall remain in Company, regardless of mode of attachment to realty or other property, until the full price has been paid in cash.Purchaser agrees to do all acts necessary to perfect and maintain said security interest, and to protect Company's interest byadequately insuring the product(s) against loss or damage from any external cause with Company named as insured or co-insured. Purchaser hereby authorizes Company to execute, if required, and to file any financing statements or other instrumentsor documents reasonably necessary or desirable to perfect and maintain said security interest in the products and proceeds.7.TAXES - Taxes are the responsibility of Purchaser. The prices quoted do not include any duties or sales use, excise, value-added, or other taxes or charges, unless specifically noted on the proposal form. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and defend

Purchaser consents to personal jurisdiction in Utah and venue in Salt Lake County CircuitCourt. Statements about the product(s) may have been made to Purchaser by representatives of Company. Such statementsdo not constitute warranties and shall not be relied on by Purchaser and are not part of this agreement. The entire agreement isembodied in this writing. THIS WRITING CONSTITUTES THE FINAL EXPRESSION OF THE PARTIES AGREEMENT AND IS

A COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT. Company will comply with all lawsapplicable to Company. Compliance with OSHA or similar federal, state or local laws during any operation or use of theproduct(s) is the sole responsibility of Purchaser. Assignment may be made only with written consent of both parties.9.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - (a)Company is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to causes beyond its control; (b)inno event will Company be liable for any lost savings, lost profits, lost data, or other consequential on incidental damages, even if

Company has been advised of the possibility of such potential damages or for any claim against the Purchaser by any otherParty; and (c)Companys total liability to the Purchaser for damages, from any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form ofaction, whether in contract or in tort, including negligence, is limited to actual damages up to the purchase price paid for thespecific Equipment under the Agreement that caused the damages or that is the subject matter of the Agreement or is directlyrelated to the cause of action.

10.STATUTES OF LIMITATION - No action, regardless of form, arising out of this Agreement may be brought by either partymore than [Eighteen (18)] months after the cause of action has arisen or, in the case for non-payment, more than [Eighteen (18)]months from the date the last payment was due.
