IAS Officers who came to the Academy for the Golden Jubilee Retreat
in 2003. Trek Group No.11 , led by Shri Ugyen Penjor, B06, RBCS, as
Best Trek Group. They covered Trek of
Mussoorie-Ghat-Sithail-Kanol-Wan-Bednibugyal-Lohar-
Jungpass-Karanprayag -Mussoorie. Despite inclement weather, all the
