A bicyclist was hospitalized after they were struck by a car in Coral Springs.

A biker was airlifted to a hospital after a car and bike collided in Coral Springs Thursday morning,

police said.

The accident happened at 200 Coral Ridge Drive in Coral Springs.

The cyclist was in serious condition and airlifted to Broward Health North, Coral Springs Police said.

The driver of the car stayed at the scene. Police said the cyclist was wearing a helmet.
