participating in an international competition. Calling business minded
people who can integrate their learning and experiences to enchant the
consumers with their power of imagination.
About Dooxle
Dooxle is a young E-commerce venture run by talented and successful
entrepreneurs. From day one it is a fast expanding Singapore based
company and is referred as the art of E-shopping. Despite having access
to 1000s of products Dooxle has chosen few niche and most demanded
products in Singapore to start with; mostly electronic accessories for
world renowned brands.
At Dooxle we aim to bring e-shopping to a complete new level.

Before you begin on the projectlearn more about Dooxle by accessing
www.dooxle.com. Also, check forits updates on Facebook.Following are the topics on which we would like our prospective
participants to contribute by being (realistically) creative.
1. Dooxl s ffili ion Program (Important):
We are looking forward to associate Dooxle with other websites by
making them as our partners. Could you think of an altogether
new/modified version of existing-strategies that can be implemented to
minimize (advertising) expenses: like Revenue sharing etc .
2. Dooxl and Distri tors (Important):
Offli B i f Dooxl : We have a product range of over 150K, so
one can order almost any types of consumer goods at Dooxle. As
distribution channelinvolves legally dealing with all customs/import
duties, licenses for both electronic/non-electronic goods (allmanufactured & non-agricultural products). CC your report on this

3. Dooxl and CSR:
We expect you to think of some interesting ideas on how an E-commerce
along with its community fan-base can associate incoherence to create
both business and benefit all from a common efforts. You could exploreon whattype ofC R suits Dooxle the most. (Cost benefit analysis would
be an added advantage).

4. Open Ideas Category:
In the Open Idea Category we expectthe participants to think of new
implementable ideas. For e.g. you can pick any one of following lines:
a. How to build Dooxle Brand awareness? Should it stick to limitedportfolio strategy & avoid being a fish-marketwebsite?
b. How inclusion of country specific products can hel p Dooxle inexpanding in that geographicallocation. Choose any country?
c. Which countries should Dooxles Marketing Strategy target first?d. *How Dooxle can affiliate with Corporate? Wholesale Markets?e. *How to further simplify the Customers transaction experience?f. Pick any real-life topic of your choice; say how Dooxles 1 st
introductory emailto Clients should be like e tc. etc.
Kindly at this point of time do not spend time and energy on FaceBook,
Twitter and YouTube advertisement strategies.
Competition Details
i. PARTICIPATION:
Teams should comprise of maximum of 4 people.
ii. REPORT:
There is only 1 phase of competition i.e. sending a report. You can send
us the reportin either PPT(s) (Max 15 slideswith Notes, if any) or DOC(x)
formats (Max 6 pages, line spacing 1.15, font Garamond; size 11.5). The report
can be as small asjust 1 page, as long as it describes What & How?
iii. JUDGEMENT CRITERIA:
No particulartopic will be given any special preference whilejudging.
Although good writing & presentation skills are always an added
advantage but we will read through the lines and more importance will

be given to the quality ofideas and its practicalimplementation. The
number of winning position is limited to 5; but otherteams can also be
considered for ongoing project opportunities with Dooxle iftheirideas
are practically easily implementable and beneficialto Dooxle.
Prizes
1st prize Cash Prizefor `25000/-
2nd prize Cash Prize for ` 15000/-
Three Consolation prizes Cash Prize for `2000/- each
i . RESULTS
Winners will be intimated by mail, information will be sentto their
respective University and on various online public forums on 31st
