NORTH BEACH MASTER PLAN
• In 2016, Dover, Kohl & Partners presented a Master Plan which the city then adopted & committed to the implementation thereof for the purpose of redevelopment and re-vitalization for the North Beach area.
• The plan included a lively North Beach Town
Centre complete with a recommended up-zone in both density & height for the area lo-cated between 69th and 72nd Streets from the West side of Collins Avenue to Bonita Drive. Voters approved the zoning change in 2017, increasing the average FAR by 50% & the max. height to 125 FT.
