Company Owner Points Out Human Resource Manager’s Mistake
H.R. Manager recently shared with us the following story:
The owner had chosen Orca Information for their screening company because of the detailed
criminal records and customer service. Sometime later the owner hired an H.R. Manager. She
persuaded the owner to use an “instant” database, offered by their management “software”
company.
Not too many months later a new hire began to exhibit “behavioral problems”. The owner felt
compelled to have Orca process the new hire’s criminal records check on the grounds of “just
cause”. Wow! What a difference in the information Orca found compared to the management
software instant screening service!
This H.R. Manager said they were happily returning to Orca Information for their employment
screening!
