Existing historic building remodel / renovation plus a tenant improvement in the historic Old Mill Fuel Building. This remodel / renovation included structural reinforcing of the existing brick shell with aluminum heli-coils. Construction of the inte- rior steel skeleton was tied back into the shell to meet the new IBC structural requirements.
