Characteristics

■ Uses the Holtek HT16D35A device

■ High accuracy constant current and memory mapping LED display

■ 64-step Gray Scale and 64 LED illumination levels using software controlled PWM circuitry

■ Provides constant current output control using external resistors for each row output terminal

■ A serial interface is provided to allow the device to receive instructions for its command mode and data mode

BMS01030 Features ■ Operating voltage : VDD = 2.7V~5.5V

■ 3-wire SPI serial interface

■ 64 RGB LED display

■ PWM duty : 64 levels for each dot

■ Auto fade function
