    Lesson Description:

Students learn vocabulary and expressions to use when speaking to someone about filling out an application form. There are two examples: applying for a health card and applying for a library card.

    Answer Key

Dialogue BuildingThese are suggestions. Your students may choose other words that fit.

Spelling Note: This lesson shows the American spelling of the words Practice (Noun or Verb) and License (N or V). Most other English-speaking countries spell these words this way: Practice (N), Practise (V), Licence (N), and License (V). Make it a challenge for your students to find these words in the lesson and see if they know the alternate spellings. Have them try to identify the part of speech (Noun or Verb) in each instance.
