909 About the Meeting

Musculoskeletal imaging is essential to all of sports medicine. During this program a multidisciplinary faculty will place emphasis on imaging in sports medicine with discussions of how imaging can impact patient management. General “how-to” sessions on joint imaging will lead into more detailed imaging techniques including an arthroscopic and orthopedic surgery correlation. Faculty has been chosen to provide a well rounded multidisciplinary review of sports medicine imaging, surgical techniques and treatment options.

tArget AudienceThis program is designed to educate radiologists, orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, and referring physicians who order musculoskeletal MRI studies. MR technologists and certified athletic trainers should also find this meeting beneficial.

According to the education levels described by the CEC Committee of NATA, the following continuing education course is considered to be Mastery Level for Certified Athletic Trainers.
