Today we head back to Paro and the scenic beauty of the Paro Valley. This area has many monasteries, temples, dzongs, and natural wonders that make Bhutan such a breathtaking country. Visit the Rinchen Pung Rinchen Pung Dzong, usually called Rinpung Dzong, means Fortress on a Heap of Jewels as it was built with stones rather than clay. It is considered one of the most impressive dzongs in the country and the finest example of both 15th and 17th-century Bhutanese construction. After Lunch, visit Ta Dzong, a cylindrical seven-story watchtower built in 1649 that is now the National Museum of Bhutan. This museum houses artifacts, weapons, textiles, and fine Bhutanese art from 4000 BCE to the present. The building is a conch shape with spiral construction inside and out.

After breakfast, begin your day to Gangtey Goempa, the largest Nyingma monastery in Bhutan. Continue to Phobjikha Valley where you maybe able to catch a glimpse of the endangered black-necked cranes which migrate from the Tibetan plateau in winter. Visit the Black-necked Crane Information Centre, which has informative displays about the cranes the valley environment. You can use the centre’s powerful spotting scopes and check what you see against its pamphlet “ Field Guide to Crane Behaviour”.

06 After breakfast drive up the valley to view the ruins of Drukgyel Dzong. It was from here that the Bhutanese repelled several invading Tibetan armies during the 17th century. Then take an excursion to Taktsang Monastery, the most famous of Bhutanese monasteries. It is said that Guru Rinpoche arrived here on the back of a tigress and meditated at this monastery hence it is called "Tiger's Nest". The excursion to monastery takes about 5 hours for round trip.

一早离开廷布,一路翻山越岭,经过险峻的多雄拉山口,抵达不丹旧都普纳卡山谷。沿途观赏“108 座佛塔”。这些佛塔被称为( “楚克旺耶纪碑”)是2005年不丹政府为了纪念在剿灭不丹南部阿萨姆反政府武装中丧生的英烈。同时也为祈祷世界和平所建。续前往参观纪念癫狂圣僧朱卡库拉而建的切米拉康。据说,此地为求子圣地,不孕妇女来此朝拜便可怀孕,因而又称求子庙。

在酒店吃过早餐后前往“不丹国家绘画艺术学院”, 参观学生在这里学习不丹的13种传统手工艺及不丹国家图书馆,这里摆放着古代佛教手稿。然后参观民俗博物馆、传统造纸厂。在这里您可以对不丹的文化艺术有个直观的感受。参观扎西确宗,现为不丹政府总部与宗教中心,也是不丹境内最大的寺庙。宏伟的中央金塔仍维持改建前的原貌,巨大的不丹特殊风格建筑物中,除了有国王及政府高级官员的办公室外,也是喇嘛们做为研修、居住的的寺院,是不丹政治、宗教重要的活动埸所。由此还可眺望廷布谷地景色。

岗提(富毕卡谷地) 帕罗05早餐后,乘车返回帕罗山谷,那里有很多寺庙,翠绿的稻田和清冽的河水.紧接着参观“帕罗宗-日蓬堡”,意为“一堆珍宝上的城堡”。它是不丹最为知名的寺庙,或许是你会见到的不丹建筑里的最好代表。午餐后,参观古时用作帕罗宗瞭望塔的"塔宗",现在已建成为不丹的"国家博物馆",藏有多达3000件艺术品。博物馆的圆形外观据说是佛教吉祥法器海螺的形状。博物馆分6层,各层的文物分别不同,包括宗教、国家发展历程、邮票、老照片、生产生活、动植物等各方面。入住帕罗酒店。

早餐后驱车前往刚提寺,这里是白玛令巴的寺院,建筑古老、宏伟,喇嘛们戒律严格,极力避开和世俗人接触。然后欣赏整个富毕卡谷地的美丽景色,不丹人说这里有不丹的瑞士风光。这里的山谷广袤、连绵起伏,湛蓝的天空和绿色草甸中间浮着白的刺眼的云朵。接着游览黑颈鹤保护区及教育基地。这里是西藏黑颈鹤每年越冬的山谷,如果您在11月2月初期间来到富毕卡谷地,便可捕捉到这种鸟儿很多优雅的图片。

教寺庙,被誉为世界十大超级寺庙之一。据古代经书记载,传说中的第二位佛,相传莲花生大师当年从印度去西藏,骑虎飞过此地,在这里修行。曾在一处山洞中冥想,就是现在的虎穴寺。虎穴寺作为不丹最重要的佛教圣地,游客有幸踏入这座不丹“悬空”的神秘佛殿。但摄影、摄像设备和背包都得寄放在寺庙之外,不得带入这片圣地。徒步到达这所寺庙需要大约4-5小时,途中有嘹望台和自助餐厅,这里的餐非常的简单,上下山分别需要2个小时,健行时,您可根据自己的身体状况决定是否走完全程,或者走一半再依原路返回。备注:可自费乘坐矮脚马登山~每人美金40元(1个小时左右) 在帕罗过夜

早餐后,驱车前往帕罗小镇自由购物接着参观克楚拉康。又称祈楚寺或古雀寺,它的历史可以追溯到7世纪,是不丹最古老最神圣的寺院之一。它坐落在帕罗河谷,是不丹王国建造的第一批宗教堡垒之一,它不仅成为了当地人民朝拜的神圣之地,还成为了不丹皇室举行庆典的重要场所,也是香港“巨星情侣”梁朝伟和刘嘉玲举行婚礼的寺院.告别精彩的幸福王国 - 不丹,送往机场乘坐飞机返回新加坡。

不丹签证: 所有外国人士需申请不丹签证入境(除了印度护照)不丹签证也不能单独办理,必须向旅行社代理才能申办。

货币: 不丹的货币是NU(努)。100 Chetrum=1 Nu。努与美元的比值是:1美元=60 。印度卢比和努是同值的,所以印度卢比在不丹通行使用。建议旅游者带上旅行支票和一些现金(最好是美金)作为购物和其他花销。在所有主要的城市都有银的机构,可以兑换努。新币或马币在不丹不能兑换努,也不能使用。

海关 & 行李: 不丹全国禁烟。携带香烟入境是不丹海关将收取200%的烟税。瓶装酒只能带一瓶。古董、植物和动物制品未经不丹相关部门查验报关是严禁出口的。游客个人使用的照相机、摄像机、个人电脑和其他贵重电器用品入境时要在海关申报,出境时将验关放行。飞机上的托运行李要求是,经济舱:20 公斤、商务舱30公斤。超重将会被要求支付超重费。

通讯: 新加坡手机目前在不丹还不能正常漫游使用。您可以请您的导游帮你买当地的手机卡使用。请记住,一次充值不能太多,不丹手机费也不低的。游客可以在不丹的大多数城市的网吧查询电子邮件和打国际电话。网吧在西部地区很普及。国际IDD 在我们提供的大多数酒店里可以提供,至少在廷布我们提供的酒店是有网络接入端的,您可以付费只用。
