4 Library Book Sale—New Location Youth @ Highland Kids @ Highland Sunday, July 21st - West Virginia Mission Trip Leaves - We return home Friday, July 26th When you walked into the Narthex this morning, did you notice the books were gone? Where are they? You might wonder. We are taking advantage of the empty shelves in the Hudson room across from the church office. Because the book sale is our most popular function and the sole support of our Highland library, you can still purchase books. Stop by the Hudson Room, browse though them at your leisure, and pay at the reception desk. Your continued support of this fundraiser is appreciated. Donations of books that are in excellent condition will still be accepted. Just drop them off in the library and our committee will shelve them. The children going on the mission trip to West Virginia are going to be making some care bags for a retirement home as well as for a Center that helps families in need. For the next few weeks we are collecting toiletries - any kind! So dig around in your bathrooms and find those hotel soaps, shampoos, sunscreen, and first aid items that you have laying around! In addition, you can donate snacks/treats that can be used for BINGO prizes and dog and cat treats for the animal shelter.
