3. Terms and Cancellation Policy

Booking will be considered confirmed after the Conference Secretariat acknowledges the receipt of the

booking form and payment.

Participants are to ensure that their passport, travel documents and visas are valid for travel.

If you cancel on and before June 30, 2019, the entire booking will be refunded after deducting bank

transaction charges and applicable taxes.

If you cancel on or after July 1, 2019 but on or before July 31, 2019, 20% of the entire room fees will be

charged and the rest of your payment will be refunded.

If you cancel on or after August 1, 2019 but on or before August 31, 2019, 50% of the entire room fees

will be charged and the rest of your payment will be refunded.

No refund will be made for cancellation received on or after September 1, 2019. The whole room fee

will be forfeited.

The refund will be made in the same manner as you made payment.

All refunds will be made post closure of the Council Meeting.

All cut-off dates are based on Taiwan time (GMT+8).
