Athletic FusionAthletic fusion brings together athletic training and functional movements using bodyweight drills, kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX and balls. With some intermittent high intensity bursts guaranteed to make you sweat like an athlete.
Athletic StrengthThis strength focused session includes a blendof functional strength movements and athletictraining to promote whole body strength, improve conditioning and build lean muscle.
FoundationsFoundations is designed for those new to training, returning post injury or after a long absence from the gym. Class is focused on corrective movement patterns, strength, core stability and increasing exercise capacity.
Functional GainsAn effective full body workout designed to improve muscle function and strength, core stability and endurance. We use a range of exercises and equipment to hit every muscle group, burn fat and improve general conditioning.
Lunchtime AfterburnerBreak away from your desk and join us for a stress busting session featuring varied functional training movements with kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, med balls, boxes and intermittent high intensity bursts guaranteed to make you sweat and burn fat through the afternoon. Suitable for all fitness levels. Movement & MobilityDSC Movement project is designed to help you move better. Using foam rollers, stretching ropes and massage balls, we will guide you through the techniques required to improve mobility and flexibility. Ideal for recovery post exercise or part of injury rehab.
