SEATING ARRANGEMENT

• Changes regularly. • Teachers may have their own seating plan.• You may be moved if you don’t behave

appropriately. • Talk to those around you. Get to know them. – How are you today?– What did you do last night? – Did you see how good Essendon were on the

weekend?

LOCKERS

• Lockers assigned in alphabetical order• You have a RIGHT to a locker. • Your RESPONSIBILITIES for your locker: – Keep it clean and organised– Don’t leave food overnight– Always leave it locked. ALWAYS!– No graffiti. – Do not sit on the lockers. They are not chairs.

CLASSES

• Lining up: – Stand at your lockers and wait for the teacher

before homeroom and after recess and lunch• Have all your materials ready.• Wait quietly. • In between classes wait quietly and prepare for

the lesson– Books out ready to participate.

• Stand when teachers enter room.

• Listen to the teacher. We are here to help you. • Always follow their instructions. ALWAYS!• They will do things differently. ADAPT.

• Try your best. It’s not a competition between you and other students. It’s about challenging and improving yourself. Copying doesn’t help learning!

• Yr 7 area– Green basketball courts– Mansfield building– McAuley Library

• You have a RIGHT to have a break outside. • This means you have RESPONSIBILITIES!
