1.Completeness
Every communication must be complete andade!uate.
"ncomplete messages eep the receiver guessing,create misunderstanding and delay actions.
Every person should, therefore, be provided withall the re!uired facts and #gures.
For e$ample, when factory supervisor instructsworers to produce, he must specify the e$actsi%e, shape, !uality and cost of the product. &nyassumptions behind the messages should also beclari#ed.

2. Conciseness
In business communication, youshould be brief and be able to saywhatever you have to say in fewestpossible words
Benets of Conciseness'. & concise message saves time and
e$pense for both sender and receiver.

For e.g. instead of using due to the fact you can just use because.
For e.g. if your customer requested for name of clients of the company in
reply you should simply provide list of client, rather then providing all detail
of clients.
Some time repetition is necessary for focusing some special issue.
But when the same thing is said without two or three reasons than it
become boring.

3. ClarityClarity means getting your message across so
the receiver will understand what you aretrying to convey.
ou want that person to interpret your words
with the same meaning you have in mind.-e should always choose precise words.

4. CorrectnessThe term correctness as applied to business
messages means right level of language andaccuracy of facts, #gures and words.
"f the information is not correctly conveyed,
the sender will lose credibility.Transmission of incorrect information to
outsiders will spoil the public image of the#rm.
To convey correct messages, grammaticalerrors should also be avoided.ou should not transmit any message unless
you are absolutely sure of its correctness.

5. Consideration
Consideration means To consider thereceivers "nterest/"ntention."t is very important in eective
communication while writing a messageyou should always eep in mind yourtarget group.
