    December of the month, then the closing date will be 16th January

    2009. If the closing date falls on Sunday or Holiday, then the next

    working day will be taken as closing date of the receipt of applications.

    Genera l Note:

    Candidates appearing for Written Test/Trade Test will travel on their

    own expenses.

    SC/ST candidates shall be reimbursed Bus fare/Second Class Railway

    fare as admissible under rules, on production of Bus/Train ticket.

    News paper cutting should not be used as application form. However

    there is not objection to submission of application in Handwritten/

    typed/Printed Format as per the application given in the

    advertisement.

    as proof of date of birth.

    ) Person working in Central/State Govt/PSU must apply through proper

    channel along with the certificate from their Establishment that No

    Disciplinary Action is Contemplated/Pending against them and that

    they have no objection in releasing them in case of selection.

    (xi) Mere submission of application form does not guarantee issue of

    Admit Card for Written Test.

    (xii) Only selected candidates will be informed for their selection in due

    course after the selection process and no other correspondence on

    the subject would be entertained.

    (xiii) Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.

    (xiv) No GPF and DCRG Scheme is admissible to the post under Central

    Govt. for those appointed on or after 01 -01 -2004. The New Pension

    Scheme i.e. Defined Contributory Pension Scheme is Compulsory

    for all Central Govt. Employees who are appointed on or after 01-01-

    2004.

    other Ordnance Factories in India, subject to exigencies.

    9. (A) Short Listing of Applications: The General Manager reserves the

    right to restrict the number of candidates to be called for the Written

    Test. If the number of applications received for the above post islarge and if it is not convenient or possible for the Factory to call all

    the eligible candidates for the written test, the General Manager may

    restrict the number of candidates to be called for the Written Test to

    a reasonable limit on the basis of desirable qualification/higher

    qualification.

    on written request by candidates from DOEACC SOCIETY, New Delhi, by sending a sum of Rs.

    25/- per Examination Application Form through a Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalised Banks

    in favour of DOEACC payable at New Delhi. The request should be addressed to DOEACC

    SOCIETY and should clearly specify the level, complete address of applicant on which the blank

    examination form is to be sent. The envelope be superscribed as Request for Examination

    Forms. Examination Application Forms can be collected in person against DD drawn

    on any Nationalised Banks for the appropriate amount in favour of DOEACC payable

    at NEW DELHI (Repeat payable at NEW DELHI ONLY) from DOEACC Society Counselling

    Centres / Sale Counters, the addresses of which are given in DOEACC website:

    The filled-in Examination Application Forms should be sent by Registered/Speed Post only in the

    special envelope attached with Examination Application Form. DOEACC Society will not be

    responsible for any postal delay/loss in transit. Institutes authorized to conduct DOEACC

    Accredited Courses and the candidates should ensure that filled-in Examination Application

    Forms along with requisite fee and all other necessary documents reach the office of the

    SOCIETY at New Delhi by closing date specified above. Examination Forms received after cut-

    off dates shall be summarily rejected and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

    Accredited Institutes submitting Examination Forms in Bulk in the form of a parcel must superscribe

    the parcel with the Words Examination Forms for July 2009 Examinations. They should also

    notify the date of dispatch of the filled-in Examination Forms on their respective Notice Boards

    for information of their students. A copy of such a Notice should also be sent to DOEACC Society

    alongwith the Bunch of Forms.

    The Exam Fee will be accepted in cash at the DOEACC Cash Counter at New Delhi only between

    10 AM to 3 PM on all working days. For submission of the Forms by post, the candidates are

    required to remit the Examination Fee through the designated Branches of Bank of India or

    through Bank Draft favouring DOEACC payable at New Delhi. Payment by any kind of cheques

    including multi-city cheques and postal orders shall not be accepted.

    INCOMPLETE APPLICATION FORMS WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED UNDER ANY

    CIRCUMSTANCES AND NO CORESPONDENCE WHATSOEVER SHALL BE ENTERTAINED IN

    THIS REGARD.
