For undergraduate and graduate students, must first obtain an ECS-ID at the time of enrollment, both of which are required for Step 1. (Be sure to obtain ECS-ID and apply during the Step 1 period.)

When those who chose [Batch] (collective application for the first and second semesters) and completed all application procedure in the first semester, do not need to repeat the application process from Step 1 to 3 for the second semester. However, if the registered information has changed and you need to update, log in to EOAS and make necessary changes during the "Step 2: Data Submission" period (or Step 1 if necessary) for the second semester application.
