HERMÈS
WAIKKI STORE OPENING AFTER PARTY
6up Productions created a dream-like Hawaiian luau for Hermés at the
Royal Hawaiian as an after party to the Hermes store opening in Waikiki,
Hawaii where guests had to chance to explore and discover a multitude of
different environments including an outdoor amphitheater, a fruit and
flower room, a raw seafood room among others - all in which invigorated
the five senses.
Surprise pop-up performances happened throughout the evening
featuring HIRIE, Playtronica and a trio of breakdancers who performed
with smoke grenades on their feet which were flown in from Paris.
Between a mixture of LED and beautiful lighting, combined with a custom
culinary experience and fabricated build outs, this event truly provided
Hawaiian top-tier Hermès clientele an unforgettable experience.

6up Productions designed, produced and fabricated a summer oasis for
Birkenstock within Pitti Uomo to showcase its latest collections of footwear,
accessories, beds and natural cosmetics.
Architectural spaces and forms were softened by integrating greenery, dappled
light and natural materials. Together these intrinsic elements created an
environment where visitors could relax, connect and explore the space.
White cubes were central to the design, offering vignettes for specific products,
while being part of the Birkenstock brand world.

TOMMY HILFIGER X LEWIS HAMILTON
For Tommy Hilfiger’s SS19 launch of Lewis Hamilton’s collaborative
line, the brand wanted to celebrate the collection’s “Create X Unity”
inspiration with an inclusive brand experience.
6up created the TH X LH CoLab in an iconic raw space, where the
event brought Berlin-centric creatives together in the spirit of creative
collaboration and unity.
The overall event brought precise audio, visual and performance as
well as a plant based kitchen, each reflecting Lewis’s passion points.
Guests could shop the collection onsite and personalize their
purchases, cutting and sewing items to create unique pieces and
applying custom embellishments using a printing gun.

VIKTOR&ROLF
FLOWERBOMB MIDNIGHT PRODUCT LAUNCH
To launch the new addition to the Viktor&Rolf flowerbomb family,
Flowerbomb Midnight, guests were invited to the historic Welsh Chapel in
the heart of London’s Soho for an evening of visual spectacle and unexpected
moments. An immersive set built by 6up Productions celebrated the darker
identity of this new fragrance and its star ingredient, night blooming
jasmine; a never before seen ingredient that blooms only at midnight.
Guests were taken on a journey to discover the new fragrance through a
series of sensory installations and digital content culminating in an explosive
Midnight moment that cemented the concept of transformation and
surrounded guests in the world of V&R Flowerbomb.
DJs played from the Chapels alter and lasers danced above the guests as
they moved around the three experiential cubes.

Iris van Herpen studied the movement of birds' wings to create her Syntopia
collection, which she presented at Le Trianon, for Paris Haute Couture fashion
week. She explored the new worlds that arise within synthetic biology and the
intertwining relationships between the organic and the inorganic to highlight the
convergence of natural biology and manmade technology.
6up Productions collaborated with Studio Drift who created an abstract
representation of flight through a spatial kinetic installation constructed of 20
delicate pieces of glass wings. The glass bird moved in sync with the models as
they walked down the runway. Their delicate interaction emphasized the fragility
of new worlds living and soaring together.

ACNE STUDIOS
RUSSELL WESTBROOK SS19
Creating buzz for the upcoming Acne Studios’ Russell Westbrook
collaboration, 6up Productions took over a basketball court in Venice
Beach, California and recreated the campaign imagery by hand via a
notable LA based graffiti artist.
Collaborating with the local LA based street artist, the full size court was
painted over six days leading up to a day-long open court activation for
local consumers.
For this campaign, content capture was extremely important so capturing
footage of the court being created via overhead shots were key, as all
content captured and created was used across Acne Studios various social
media platforms.

INTERMIX
SPRING ACTIVATION
6up Productions brought Intermix’s Spring campaign to life with a
disruptive installation outside their flagship store in Soho. One morning, a
retro car bursting with flowers popped up outside of the store in order to
create a photographable moment for any guest who walks by. The
activation was live for four days, passers-by posted and shared pictures
and videos of the installation, helping Intermix spread the word that
spring has arrived. The flowers were inspired by their spring campaign
that was featured in the store windows and together they created a
vibrant splash of color.
To give more context to the guerrilla style activation, two tablets were
displayed in the trunk of the car showing Intermix's Spring
campaign video.

HERMÈS
HERMÈSMATIC
Leveraging consumers’ growing desire for customization, Hermèsmatic
was created to breathe new life into the fashion house’s iconic silk
scarves.
Modeled after a laundromat and executed in the brand’s signature
orange, 6up Productions fabricated an interactive multi-city pop-up that
invited guests to either purchase a one-of-a kind scarf from the vintage
dip dye collection, or give their existing Hermès scarf a fresh new look
using a dip dye washing technique.
6up executed the activation in New York, Washington DC, Nashville,
Los Angeles & Austin. All components of the Hermèsmatic were built
once and then traveled.

ADIDAS X ALEXANDER WANG
As part of the adidas Originals x Alexander Wang collaboration, a guerrilla marketing activation was first unleashed in New York directly after the Alexander Wang show, followed by London and Tokyo simultaneously the following week.
Alexander Wang partnered with adidas Originals on a limited-edition range of looks and styles that was sold off the back of a truck in a subversive twist. The activation was seeded on social channels along with fly postings in the various cities, with crowds lining the streets to get their hands on the cult favorite product.

KVADRAT / RAF SIMONS
MILAN DESIGN WEEK
Long-time Kvadrat collaborator Raf Simons, celebrated his sixth fabric, upholstery and
accessories collection with the Danish brand by art directing a large-scale installation
entitled No Man's Land during the annual Salone del Mobile.
Vintage furniture from Simons' private collection were recovered in Kvadrat x Raf
Simons textiles and shown inside three Jean Prouvé wooden houses. One house was
set up as an atelier, where staff in custom made red Raf Simons x Kvadrat jackets were
on hand to shed light on the story behind the current and previous collections.
Running the entire central space of the show was a custom-built 16-metre long garden
conceived by renowned landscape designer Mark Colle. The wild, meadow-like
garden, was the perfect centre piece for the two exclusive dinners that were hosted in
the space.
Chef Margot Henderson and her partner Melanie Arnold of London's revered Rochelle
Canteen also set up a week-long restaurant residency in the space, welcoming local
and international guests each day for breakfast, lunch and the aperitivo moment.

FLAGSHIP STORE OPENING PRIVATE DINNER
To commemorate the opening of Delfina Delettrez’s flagship store on
Mount Street in London, 6UP designed and produced a dinner at
Marian Goodman gallery inspired by the interior of her store. The
central feature was a painted malachite carpet and tablecloth.

A LAST SUPPER
Rag & Bone invited sixty guests to gather under the domed ceiling of the
Weylin in Brooklyn for a candelabra-lit dinner filled with bleeding-edge
technology showcasing the bridge between human and machine learning.
While guests enjoyed a custom menu from famed Estela chef, Ignacio
Mattos and a surprise performance by a set of contemporary dancers
directed by Belgo-French choreographer, Damien Jalet, overhead, a series
of projection displayed a 3-D point cloud of guest’s actions as processed
by an artificial intelligence system.
At key points throughout the evening, guests would hear the
disembodied voice of Thom Yorke as they saw his words mysteriously
appear above them on an oversized custom made projection screen.

CARTIER HIGH JEWELLERY
The Shoreditch Townhall in East London was transformed into an opulent
space with multiple rooms for guests to explore and discover hidden
gems from Cartier. Iconic Bellboys greeted guests as they arrived, entering
the world of Cartier. A Bellboy rang the dinner bell to invite guests upstairs
into the main dining room for dinner where tables were adorned with
beautiful wild flowers bathed in light.Dinner was served by the acclaimed
Clove Club, presenting British classics with a twist.
Post dinner, Beth Ditto took to the mirrored stage, shifting the pace of the
night. Her performance ended with a playful interaction with Mimi Xu where
guests were invited to the after party downstairs.

WWD BEAUTY CEO SUMMIT
At the 2016 WWD Beauty CEO Summit, Themed See
Change, Be Change, 250 global retail and brand executives
came together to consider issues and offer answers to benefit the
industry as a whole. Selecting The Breakers in Palm Beach as a
location, 6up Productions designed, produced and programmed an
engaging two days of talks and lunches, culminating in an evening gala
with special speeches.

MALARIA NO MORE
FUNDRAISING GALA
6up Productions designed and produced the annual
Fundraising Gala in support of the Malaria No More
foundation, followed by a panel discussion. In 2017, Malaria
No More tasked 6up to create an event concept that
transported the audience in an immersive way. We found a
location that we were able to suspend 360 feet of LED
screens around the dinner tables. 6up also worked with
existing Malaria No More content to create an atmosphere
at each moment throughout the dinner.

CEO SUMMIT
6up Productions designed and executed the WWD CEO
Summit which offered invited guests a new perspective on the issues
and trends influencing fashion and retail for two decades. To
mark their 20th year, WWD brought the industry together for a
landmark Summit in New York City. The program focused on how to
reframe fashion and retail for the new consumer.

LIFESTYLE INFLUENCER INSTALLATION
Lifestyle influencers were invited to a two-day Installation in the Hamptons to
introduce the new Buick SUV. The space was designed to bring to life the Buick
design values of calm and comfort, and to appeal to their female target
audience. The experience incorporated a media drive, wellness activations
inspired by Buick Envision, premieres of content created by key collaborators
and a closing dinner.

ESSENCE DE PARFUM, MALE & CLASSIQUE
For the launch of two new Jean-Paul Gaultier essences, 6up designed and
fabricated a perfumer's laboratory in the brand’s famed headquarters. All
guests were given Gaultier laboratory coats to wear and at distinct stations
they explored the different steps in the scents' conception, playing with
smell, sight and touch. A dynamic menu created by interactive Danish chef
duo I’m A Kombo completed the experimental atmosphere. 24
