2.Incline Village Parks & Rec - Mini Earth Studio Art Camps (Ages 9-14) Two-day, weekend art workshops for kids. These camps are media based and will include art instruction, all art supplies and a light snack. Activities will be based out of doors from the Earth Studio Arts trailer- students should wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes for possible nature hikes to gather art supplies. 3. Incline Village Parks & Rec - Morning Summer Paddle Board Sport Camp (Ages 8-14) Join us for fun in the sun on Lake Tahoe! Participants will engage in land-based and water-based games and exercises to increase your SUP knowledge and skill, as well as, improve your overall level of fitness. We will learn the proper fundamentals of paddleboarding, prone paddling and surfing along with water safety awareness. There will also be fun team-building activities, and a variety of physical education games and challenges. Participants must be able to swim! Equipment is provided (SUP board, paddle, Personal Floatation Device (PFD) and leash). Optional wetsuits are available to rent. 7. Truckee Rec Center - Adventure Camp (Ages: Entering grade 4-6) “We hike, we bike, we climb, we swim, we play…we do it all!” This camp is all about summer in the mountains for active kids! Camp activities include hiking, biking, skating, bowling, rock hounding, climbing, golfing and beach activities! We do our best to go swimming or get wet EVERY DAY! Thursdays include bigger field trips such as water parks, movie theatres, horseback riding, and other exciting destinations. We’ll start and end every action-packed day at the Community Arts Center. 9. Truckee Gymnastics - Pirates and Mermaid Theme (Ages: 6-Teens) Truckee Gymnastics is pleased to announce our extremely popular 2019 summer Gymnastics Camp for ages 6-teens (co-ed). 10. Tahoe Expedition Academy - Arduino Creations

Arduino Creations Camp is one of Tahoe Summer Camps newest offerings for Summer ‘19! Please note, campers considering this offering must have programming experience, like the graphical coding type taught in our Vex Robotics Camps.

In this offering, campers will learn Arduino, which is an open-source electronics platform based on easy-to-use hardware and software. It’s intended for anyone making interactive projects, and features hardware components that are very affordable, which allows builders to create whatever they can imagine.

Arduino senses the environment by receiving inputs from many sensors, and affects its surroundings by controlling lights, motors, speakers, and other devices. Campers will tell their Arduino motherboards what to do by writing code in the Arduino programming language and by utilizing the Arduino development environment. Ages: 11-14

11. Tahoe City Parks & Rec Camp Skylandia (Counselors in Training) (Ages: 6th-8th Grade) What better way to gain great life skills, while having fun? Be a Counselor-in Training! This program is designed for campers interested in becoming future Junior Counselors. CIT's assist camp counselors with day to day activities during Camp Skylandia. CIT's get out on special field trips designed just for them and generally do not attend the K-5 field trip, unless otherwise specified. CIT's also plan the Friday Special Event, which they host at the end of the week

12. Tahoe City Parks & Rec Youth Sailing Program (Ages: 8-17) It's time to hit the open water and learn to sail across Lake Tahoe. The Youth Sailing Program is a collaboration between the Tahoe City Public Utility District, the Tahoe Community Sailing Foundation, Obexers Boat Company, and the Tahoe Yacht Club. The program aims to develop solid sailing skills, with an emphasis on safety, fun and teamwork.

Notice: For students who have never taken a sailing class before and are ready to learn the skill necessary to begin sailing. students will learn about boating safety, boat recovery, knots, rigging, steering, tacking and gybing, beaching and boat care. Students will sail on Picos with 2-3 sailers per boat.

13. Tahoe City Parks & Rec Lake Tahoe Adventurers Sailing Program (Ages: 12-17) Are you ready to explore the Lake Tahoe Basin like no other program can? Let's get ready for an adventure! This class is for students who have taken the Novice class and are interested in all things boating. Students will venture out on to the lake and learn how to navigate and follow charts. Students will be able to not only sail, but kayak, stand-up paddle board, along with other activities. 14. Tahoe City Parks & Rec Junior Assistant Sailor (Ages: 12-15)

This volunteer-based program prepares young sailors to be a sailing instructor. Amount of volunteer hours is based on the JAS's availability. Each JAS has the opportunity to assist staff during the Youth Sailing Program and learn what it takes to be a sailing instructor. At age 16, these youth can take it to the next level and complete the required steps to become a Level 1 instructor through US Sailing.

18. Piping Rock Horse Camp (Ages: 7-14) Our horse camps emphasize safety and solid horsemanship fundamentals. We match riders based on size and ability, and your child could ride mini horses, ponies or full size horses. 40. Camp Sugar Bowl (Ages: 4-15) Camp Sugar Bowl is provided in partnership with Gateway Mountain Center a leader in innovative, outdoor education for youth. Our expert faculty are comprised of credentialed and advanced degree educators, environmental scientists, world-class mountaineers and certified guides. Having all these experts on staff means we have the educational component of camp taken care of, which means we can focus on ensuring our campers have FUN!

Adventures abound, from rock climbing and rafting to journaling and s'mores by the fire. Campers are provided a well-rounded experience with high-quality environmental education at its core. We ignite healthy passions, awe and curiosity for our young people. Finding Your Inner Artist: Practice, Play and Create alongside InnerRhythms’ Artistic Director and Choreographer of beBE dance, Becky Bearse, and esteemed Faculty and former Joffrey Ballet member, Leigh Collins. With two technique classes per day and a Choreography Lab, in which students will be guided in the art of creating dances, this workshop provides every aspiring choreographer, from age 8 to 17, the chance to tap into their inner artist. Our Rocks, Ropes and Boats camps will be offered in two different versions for summer of 2019. Session 1 will be a 5-day summer day camp for campers ages 7-13. Session 2 will be a 5-day hybrid camp with 2 overnights for campers ages 8-13. We spend 2 days at the Project Discovery ropes challenge course, one rock climbing, one hiking and one day on a Lake Tahoe adventure. 61. Tahoe Donner: Swim Lessons (Ages: 6 mos. and up) Group swim lessons are 30 minutes long, and each session runs Monday through Friday for one week. To provide consistent, high-quality swim lessons, participants are required to attend the first lesson of any session for which they are enrolled. All participants must be registered at least one week prior to the class start date. A minimum enrollment of three participants per session is required. Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. We ask that a parent or guardian remain on the pool deck for the duration of the lesson. 62. Tahoe Donner: Horseman Camp (Ages: 8-14) Our equestrian day camps are for ages 8-14. These are half-day, week-long riding camps for groups of four students with one instructor and one camp assistant. Each student has his or her own horse for the week. Students will learn the fundamentals of horsemanship, safety and riding skills. Grooming, tacking, arena work, trail riding, bathing and a horse show on Friday are all part of the curriculum. If we experience summer thunderstorms and are unable to ride, students will have lessons in horse and tack care, shoeing horses, veterinary care and other horsemanship knowledge. 64. Tahoe Donner: Junior Sailing Program (Ages: 9-16) The Junior Sailing Program is designed for beginner to intermediate sailors ages 9-16. Each three-day session includes three hours from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. of instruction per day, with the majority of the time spent on the water. Classes are limited to eight students to ensure plenty of individual attention, so be sure to make your reservations early. Payment must be made at the time of reservation.
