It is a great pleasure and honor for me to invite you again in Rome to participate in the sixth edition of the Italian-French Symposium, to be held from the 31st of May to the 1st of June, 2018.

Also this year the theme will focus on the oncological abdominal surgery, with two sessions of Live Surgery which will include hepatobiliary, pancreatic and digestive operations for cancer, performed by the most important surgeons of this field.

On the other hand, it will be a pleasure for me to host in our city distinguished specialists from France and Italy to debate on different panels about the digestive surgery with a particular mention on results and outcomes of the different centers in hepatic, pancreatic and gastrointestinal surgery.

Furthermore, I hope that you will have the opportunity to witness the beauty of Rome in summertime.
