2-week Look Ahead
6 Month Down SAD Calendar6 Month Down SAD Calendar
2 week look ahead – hot topics -updateWhat we want to learn:
H th l f t l d f bi h• How the early process of magnet removal and refurbish goes (to readjust our projections if needed) – looks good need to watch egress challenges during reinstallation & alignment.
• Test results for R100 to later compare with C100, and decide on future cryomodule production ongoingdecide on future cryomodule production ‐ ongoing
• About the water drenched adjustable jaw for the new FEL wiggler – still being evaluated. May be September. Considering restarting with IR operations on the original operations schedule.
“Change Requests/Notes to File” Report
• Approved:– “Blockhouse Demolition and Block Crushing” – 1st 2
k f J Mi h i d d i t kweeks of June. Microphonics dependencies take “priority”
• Pending/Working:Pending/Working:– “LCW Draining & Refilling/Recommissioning” ‐draining in progress but refilling/recommissioningneeds further consideration
– “Tunnel Penetration Repair” – penetration selection in progressprogress
– “Hall C Work Definition and Schedule Adjustments” –being evaluated by effected parties.
