A recourse is an instance to whom the user can address it complain in case of
disagreement about the step, and this instance is designated as the step's sheet
as a contact.
The recourse is the immediate hierarchical superior of the person in charge of thestep.
In practice, we only fill the field of the entity, unit and person in charge. The other
elements of the recourse's sheet are unselected by default and we shall only fill
them if the corresponding information is to be known by the user.
As for the contacts, we shall make sure to use the existing entities, units and
persons in charge before creating new entries in the table.
ADD A RECOURSE
1 Click on Add recourse in thetree of procedures
