eREGULATIONS SYSTEM- ADMINISTRATION MANUALManaging the database V2.5
VI.e. STEP - Legal justifications p. 1
The legal base is a norm that juridically justifies the existence of the step and it
modalities, as described in the step's sheet. This norm can be a law, a decree, a
circular, a simple note of service, etc.
The description must indicate precisely the part of the norm that is related to theconsidered step, ex: code of work, art. 28 to 32 - Decree 28/04, art. 12. Therefore, we
shall put the name of the norm in the "Norm" field (ex: Code of Work) and the concerned
article(s) in the field "Detail".
As attached document, we shall put, if possible, the entire text of the norm, and not only
the articles indicated in the "Detail" field. The ideal case is to insert a link to an official
site (trustable and regularly updated) that presents this norm; otherwise we shall put
preferably a document in the .pdf format.
The legal justifications are registered in a table accessible from the step's sheet by
clicking on . We shall either add a legal justification that alreadyexists in the table (by clicking on the tab 'List of norm') or create a new legal
justification not yet registered (by clicking on the tab 'New norm').
Before creating such a legal justification, we shall then make sure that this legal
justification does not exist in the tab 'List of norms'.
