101 Mobility – Ordering Process
1. Contact your 101 Mobility Sales Representative or Internal Sales Support Department
for an initial assessment. This can be done at your convenience via Fax, E-mail or Phone.

The primary information we will need during this process is:
- Veterans Name, Address and Primary Contact #
- Auto Lifts – Year, Make & Model of Auto and Mobility Device
- Modular Ramps – Mobility Device information
2. 101 Mobility will access the Veteran’s Automobile or Residence, Mobility Device and
Capabilities to determine the proper equipment needed. During this process we contact
the veteran to confirm the information as well as obtain addition information regarding
their needs and physical limitations. We will also schedule an on-site evaluation during
our initial consult (when necessary).
3. 101 Mobility will the fax you a price quote based on the product pricing guide submitted
with contract # V797P-4312B, along with any additional equipment or charges needed
to complete the installation.
4. A Purchase Order can now be issued to 101 Mobility base on the quote provided. We
will handle the entire process from here.
5. 101 Mobility will coordinate shipping, delivery & installation of equipment in a timely
manner. 101 Mobility train the Veteran on the use of the equipment as well as
pertinent maintenance and care plans for products installed.
6. A Final Invoice, Delivery Ticket and Photo will be faxed to you for your permanent file.
