4. The UD Fitted-Price offer must be mentioned at the time of ordering. Prices quoted incorporate the costs of the stated Genuine UD Part, Genuine UD Service at standard UD times, on normal weekday business hours and include workshop consumable appropriate charges.Prices shown include GST and include the price of standard installation unless otherwise stated. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice and are PLUS freight where applicable.

5. UD Fitted-Price catalogue assume that the vehicle is presented to the Dealer by the Customer, and is of standard condition and specification. In the event that non-standard work is required, this can be incorporated into a revised quotation. All contractual arrangements for repairs will be agreed between the Customer and the Repairing Dealer, and are subject to the Repairing Dealer’s terms and conditions.

6. All details are believed to be correct at the time of publication. However, as UD operates a policy of continuous improvement, details of the UD Fitted-Price offer are subject to change or withdrawal at any time. Consequently, all details shall be confirmed with the Repairing Dealer at the time of repair.

7. UD Fitted-Price is available at participating Dealers only and is offered upon availability.

8. The Customer shall not destroy or deface any identifying marks on the Genuine UD Parts when UD Core or Exchange program is applicable.

9. Fitted parts warranty - 24 months / 500,000 kms- The benefit of this warranty applies only for parts that are purchased from, and fitted by, an authorised VGA Dealer / Workshop / Customer Service Centre (CSC).- For parts purchased from, and fitted by, an authorised VGA Dealer /Workshop / CSC, the applicable warranty is 24 months /500,000 kms (whichever occurs first) from the date of purchase of the relevant part (irrespective if the part breaks down again). Excludes wear and tear and other items. For full warranty terms, conditions and exclusions please visit www.udtrucks.com.au or ask your dealer.- To make a claim under this Warranty, the customer must present their invoice to a VGA authorised Dealer / Workshop / CSC and request rectification under the VGA Warranty conditions.- The labour cost for the repair or replacement of the faulty part will be reimbursed only if the part was originally fitted by an authorised Dealer / Workshop / CSC.- This warranty does not apply for parts fitted by a non-VGA authorised dealer, workshop or service provider.
