WELCOME CENTERAn essential stop to pick up information about Temple’s academic offerings, student life, financial aid and more. The staff will be able to answer your questions, schedule an official
campus tour or help you sign up for a tour of the school or college you’re interested in. The Welcome Center is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
BELL TOWER AT LENFEST CIRCLEThis area is the social center of campus and is often used for events, such as pep rallies and festivals. The Bell Tower at Lenfest Circle is a busy throughway,
and the tower lights up at night, making it a beloved landmark at any hour.
CHARLES LIBR ARYThe newest building on campus, Charles Library is Temple’s innovation hub. Charles is home to maker spaces, visualiza-tion and virtual reality labs, the Student Success
Center, and a secure 24/7 study space. Don’t miss Stella’s Café in the atrium for coffee and light fare.
O’CONNOR PL A Z A AND FOUNDER’S GARDENA quiet green space in the heart of campus, this spot is outfitted with lounge chairs and café tables. It’s a popular location for study sessions
or taking a lunch break. Here, you’ll find a statue of Russell Conwell, who founded Temple in 1884.
HOWARD GIT TIS STUDENT CENTERThe Student Center is one of the busiest buildings on campus with a large food court, the official bookstore, student organization meeting spaces, a movie
theater and other student services. The information desk here is open every day.
MORGAN HALLThis 27-story tower is Temple’s newest residence hall with a large courtyard connect-ing the north and south buildings. Visitors can walk through the courtyard and pop into
the shops and eateries on the ground level.
These spaces are must-see spots for anyone visiting campus and are easily accessible for all. Please note that Temple’s campus is secure and most other buildings require identification to enter. If you want to go inside academic buildings and resi-dence halls, please schedule a tour with the Welcome Center (#68 on map).
