Like all businesses, WeSupport Inc. (WSI) started out as a proverbial speck of dust in the

universe. It took fourteen ambitious young men, a sizeable amount of investment capital and a

lot of business chutzpah to assemble a start up with the vision to provide the best and the most

skilled IT (and non IT) expertise anywhere in the region.

WSI has managed to be on top of their game using information technology as their best

tool to provide great manpower services to their clients. In a span of four years they have been

able to develop projects for big companies such as PLDT and Clarity.

Also to reach their clients and future employees they have created their own website,

wherein they posts career opportunities, projects with various companies, new technological

    news and WSI events.

With their vision of becoming a premier regional player in manpower support services,

they continually provide skills training to fresh graduates and experienced work force that have

IT inclinations but lack the required skills to take on the more challenging domain of Information

Technology. They offer trainings on PL/SQL, PHP, .NET, and RPG programming to name a few.

The schedules of the trainings align with what their existing and prospective clients will require.

Being an IT consulting and manpower firm, the use of information system/information

technology have always been a strategic advantage to WSI. The officers and staff ofWSI, having

a vast collective experience in the information technology here and abroad have always

something to contribute as to the skills required for a particular project and/or client.

With the prospect of having an offshore development project, they have acquired

facilities and equipments for a Virtual Private Network. This will ensure a secure connection to

future clients here and specially abroad. The firm also plans to have their own exchange server

    for better and secure correspondence.

Every single day at WSI is a great challenge for them. They have constantly updated with

various technologies. They even do advanced research so as not to be left behind even if it takes

    triple pressure on their part.

WSI will have become a company with thousands of IT consultants under its wings.

Their Board of Directors set up their business aspiring to make it big because their company is

not just about them. It is also about growing with their employees. Eventually, their consultants

will become partners with their tie up companies. They are very optimistic that hand in hand,

they can survive by helping each other. Their success means great achievement for all.

Outsourcing continues to grow and expand into greater service bundling and more single

sourcing on national level, justifying their investment in the company. Our creation of

WeSupport Family of Services recognized the need for greater organizational flexibility in the

face of more complex and extensive customer needs. Our investments in support services have

positioned us to be responsive to the steadily increasing customer demand, according to Mr.

Xenos Caruz, chairman of the Board of Directors. Their investment has also enabled them to be

more structured and responsive internally. At the same time, their time-honored values, like

corporate integrity, are even more valued in light of the corporate troubles they seem to read

    about far too often.

But we must continue to rethink the future. We must continue to evaluate the trades that

our service companies provide and how they fit into the future that we envision. We must

become more responsive to the evolution of differing corporate cultures and tailor our services to

those differing cultures and needs. This means less rigid trade focus and a more flexible structure

that has more focus on customers, their culture and their needs. We must listen to our customers

and where they are going, so that we may walk with them, more likely run with them, and serve

    them. -WeSupport Inc.
