Preparation & Substrate Condition :- Steel, blast cleaned to Sa
2Vzofsweclish specificatiott.- If blast cleaning is inrpractical,
remove loose rust / scale using power tools / hand tools to
achieve St 3 / St 2 grade of surface preparatiorr, as per
Swedish standards. Removecontlminants like grease, oil etc. with
aromatic solvents. Ensure the surface is clean and drybefore
prirning.
- Non-ferrous surface, sufficierrtly roughened with emery paper
& dry and free from allcontamination.- Substrate telnperature
should be atleast 3 C above dew point but ttot above 50 C.I\lixing
