which we are employed by our client on the advice of an architect, designer or developer through a tender process.

conditions, material and equipment, and labour, while retaining responsibility for the construction of the project in

accordance with the consultant’s design and maintaining the schedule to adhere to the project deadline.

By giving the client what is in his or her best interest, the entire process is able to go much smoother.
