• Encourage growth within the “active” membership class.

Financial– Develop a fiscal plan to ensure an income
greater than the average expenses after allowing for capital growth, regular repairs as well as allowing for emergency and/or unforeseen situations.
• Facilities– The Club must provide facilities that
support the membership’s continual needs.
