Share of Responsibilities

This document summarizes the tasks to be performed for theProject Implementation of BSNL GSM/UMTS14.37M line project. Itincludes planning, supply, delivery, installation, supervision and

commissioning，

swap, redeployment of the works included in the

scope of the project as well as related services and procedures tobe fulfilled to ensure the proper implementation within the plannedtime schedule.

Main parties involved in the project are Purchaser (BSNL) and ZTE.If another party will be involved as subcontractor or supplier, theresponsibility of related supply/task remains with the main partyPurchaser (BSNL) or ZTE who requires the involvement of this otherparty.
