Introduction Scale 600 size AS350 rotor head is the design of DoubleCats team. It is for the 10mm diameter main shaft, 50/60class RC model heli-copters with CCPM mode.

Push the thrust bearing 5X10X4 into the bearing holder
Push the bearing 6X10X3 to the coper bearing bracket, and then
the washer 6X9.6X0.5
Then assemble them together
Mount the bearing holders to the hub
Assemble the hub_root and head_plate_base to the hub

Assemble the rotor disc to hub by a screw M4X6

Install on the Main Shaft
Phase Adjustment
1. Install the swash plate, follower and hub on the main shaft, using 4pcs
screws M2X14 and 4pcs jam nut M2 to connect the linkages and follower to
the swash plate. 2.Using 3pcs screws
M2X14 and 3pcs washer to connect linkage to grip
arms. 3.Insert the screw M3X20 through the
hole of main shaft and lock it with a jam nut M3.

1. Adjust the follower, make sure the linkage on the position of swash plate
lead the center line of grip by 90 degrees.
2. Tighten the screw M3X8 on the follower base to lock the phase.
