If you have any doubts as to your ability to perform this installation, please consult with a dealer or repair shop. Be sure to read all instructions before starting installation. Be sure the motorcycle is secure and stable throughout the entire installation. Instillation Instructions 1. Remove right side fairing, and the stock muffler by taking off the muffler first and then the header assembly 2. Remove the cables for exhaust valve. Remove the O2 sensor and re-attach once you have installed your new system. 3. Remove the stock exhaust port gaskets as you will not need them with your new Toce System. Now install supplied spigots and flanges using the supplied the M8x20 mm SHCS (be sure to install the supplied O-Rings into the spigots before attaching.) **NOTE we have supplied a small pouch of anti-seize. Use in Slip- Joints to help ease instillation. 4. Insert supplied head pipes into collector unit (head pipes and corresponding collector ports are numbered 1-4)And install as a unit (be sure to attach supplied springs from head pipes to collector unit) Attach supplied springs from already installed flanged to head pipes 5. Instillation Instructions

1. Remove right side fairing, and the stock muffler by taking off the muffler first and then the header assembly

2. Remove the cables for exhaust valve. Remove the O2 sensor and re-attach once you have installed your new system.

3. Remove the stock exhaust port gaskets as you will not need them with your new Toce System. Now install supplied spigots and flanges using the supplied the M8x20 mm SHCS (be sure to install the supplied O-Rings into the spigots before attaching.)

**NOTE we have supplied a small pouch of anti-seize. Use in Slip-Joints to help ease instillation.

4. Insert supplied head pipes into collector unit (head pipes and corresponding collector ports are numbered 1-4)And install as a unit (be sure to attach supplied springs from head pipes to collector unit) Attach supplied springs from already installed flanged to head pipes

5. Remove the rubber buffer from your stock passenger foot peg where the stock muffler attached

6. Replace with suppled aluminum bushing

7. Install muffler and attached to the inside of the passenger foot peg using supplied hanger strap, M8 SCH+CS Aluminum Dress up washer and M8 Flange nut.

8. Attach supplied springs from muffler to mid-pipe, tighten all mounting hardware, re-install the lower radiator mounting bracket and body work
