A quick noteEntail etiquette and finding rimes to meet mentors,

Beformal rather than Informal,Always start an entail with 'Dear' e.g, Dear Andy

The first sentence should be positive and either revisit whatyou have done or discuss action. e.g.Many thanks for being our mentor, we look forward toworking with you.orWe have worked hard on our action questions and lookforward to sharing with you what we have done.

We MIl make an entail signature to help you with this atthe start of tomor-rows lesson.Your mentors are busy people. You should be flexible ifyou can.Always check the tone of your entail. Bytone, we ntean don't

assume that it sounds alright, try to make it pleasant and posrtive.
