Having been business owners, we have always relied on ourselves. But politics is very different and we have to count on the support of the People.” On May 28, 2014 I wrote you a letter you chose not to respond to. That letter dealt with your yes vote for the NDAA, a law that nullifies the Fifth Amendment you swore and oath to protect and defend. I also addressed your yes vote on HR 2548, “The Electrify Africa Act.” That vote prompted me to ask where in the constitution you found the authority to provide welfare for Africa using borrowed Chinese money. You have consistently told thousands of your constituents we’re broke.” You admit Americans suffer under a 17 Trillion dollar debt but you refuse to acknowledge this debt is imposed by criminal congresses past and present. You have failed to keep your promise to author and submit a bill that will defund the Department of Education by 1000 cuts and now you are asking me to support more of the same. Did Eric Cantor’s loss at the polls create an epiphany that makes you realize you need “support from the people,” me in particular? Dear Representative Yoho:

I received your Sunday, June 29, 2014 e-mail stating “In a few days, the most important fundraising quarter will come to a close and we need your help. Having been business owners, we have always relied on ourselves. But politics is very different and we have to count on the support of the People.”

On May 28, 2014 I wrote you a letter you chose not to respond to.

George Washington’s words ring as true today as they did when he uttered them:

“In contemplating the causes which may disturb our Union, it occurs as matter of serious concern, that any ground should have been furnished for characterizing parties by Geographical discriminations--Northern and Southern--Atlantic and Western; whence designing men may endeavor to excite a belief that there is a real difference of local interests and views. One of the expedients of Party to acquire influence, within particular districts, is to misrepresent the opinions & aims of other Districts. You cannot shield yourselves too much against the jealousies & heart burnings which spring from these misrepresentations. They tend to render Alien to each other those who ought to be bound together by fraternal Affection.”

The two party system is responsible for the misery and ruin of this Constitutional Representative Republic. I voted for you expecting you would uphold your expressed loyalty to the constitution, your oath, and the people who elected you.

Your record over the past year reveals the party has co-opted you. Your loyalty to party over the constitution and your constituents is unacceptable.

Stewart Rhodes, the founder of Oath Keepers pointed out “The founding fathers intended Americans to be full spectrum citizens. Pulling the lever for oath breaker A or B was not part of their plan. As an oath keeper I am obligated to vote you out of office if you violate your oath. That’s my first obligation because .voting for an oath breaker makes me an oath breaker. Perpetuating treason is a concept I refuse to support.

I am long past voting for the lesser of two evils that is destroying this country. The fear both parties and their candidates attempt to generate every election no longer works with me since there is little difference in party or the candidates they field.

You are on record saying “While serving our Nation, veterans were held accountable. They deserve no less from their government” As a retired military veteran and lifelong Oath Keeper you have lost my support. Somebody has to hold you accountable. Right now that is me!

Yours in the Bill of Rights,

Roy G. Callahan
