Issue#1: “Assistant Secretary” is block stamped onto a notary section as position of Carmelia Boone in

MERS, Inc. MERS Inc does not have an office in Tarrant County, TX.

Issue#2: Presenting the driver license as a form of ID to verify the identity can not be used to verify the

position in the company

Issue#3: Carmelia Boone is a Robo-signer for multiple companies with signature mis-matches on

attachment documents, making the assignment void.

Issue#4: Tanesa Sharon Frazier notarized documents for multiple companies attached.

Issue#5: For the assignment to be considered valid, signor requires to have a personal knowledge of the

transaction at hand. It does not seem likely that the status of Assistant Secretary gives a power to sign

the assignment.

Issue#6: ReconTrust may not request a recording of this assignment as block stamped on the face of the

document, since the Appointment of Substitute Trustee was not yet recorded to provide ReconTrust a

Trustee responsibility over the loan. It implies that ReconTrust must have been the Trustee for the loan

well before the assignment and substitution of trustee recordation hence missing timely recordation of

NEXT STEPS AND USE OF THIS REPORT

If the report shows the evidence of robo-signing, illegal notary and company mis-representation,

mortgage foreclosure documents are viod and foreclosure sale is void. The reason for robo-signing and

foreclosure document violations is to cover up the fact that loan servicers cannot demonstrate the

standing for lawful foreclosure. If you or your client is in the middle of the foreclosure battle, this report

provides you with in-your-face evidence of wrong doing in front of the judge to block / dismiss the

Foreclosure Documents and declare them as invalid. Without the foreclosure documents – there is no

foreclosure.

It is the general rule that courts have power to vacate a foreclosure sale where there has been fraud in

the procurement of the foreclosure decree or where the sale has been improperly, unfairly or unlawfully

conducted, or is tainted by fraud, or where there has been such a mistake that to allow it to stand would

be inequitable to purchaser and parties.
